My husband and I are both Korean, but lived overseas as kids. We met in Seoul and started our family here before moving to Hong Kong for work. We have two kids, a girl (8) and boy (6).
After living in major Asian cities for years, we moved to a rural farming community in Gyeongnam in late 2022. When the kids aren’t going to school or playing in the mountains and creeks, we try to take them out of Korea as much as possible to meet family, friends, and show them that there’s a world out there beyond Korea.
